Returns & Exchanges
Free returns and free size exchanges within 30 days.
You have 30 days from the day you receive your order to return or exchange any item. For orders shipped within the European Union, return shipping is on us.
Conditions
Items must be unworn, unwashed, with original tags attached, and in their original packaging. Gift cards cannot be returned.
How to return or exchange
- Email us at love@loveanditscolors.com with your order number and tell us whether you'd like a refund or a different size.
- We'll send you a prepaid return label and instructions.
- Pack the item and drop it off at the carrier.
Please contact us before sending anything back. This helps us track your return and process it quickly. Returns are shipped to: Estrada da Circunvalação 6607, Armazém D2, 4200-172 Porto, Portugal.
Size exchanges
Need a different size? Just let us know. We'll send the new size as soon as your return is on its way to us, at no extra cost. If the size you want is out of stock, we'll give you a full refund instead.
Refunds
Once we receive and check your return, we'll email you. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 14 days of receiving your return. Your bank may need a few extra days to process it.
Damaged or wrong items
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or isn't what you ordered, contact us within a few days of delivery and we'll make it right, at no cost to you.
Orders shipped outside the European Union
Returns and exchanges are welcome within 30 days under the same conditions. Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility, and any import duties or taxes are non-refundable.
EU right of withdrawal
If you are a consumer in the European Union, you may cancel your purchase within 14 days of receiving it, for any reason, including sale items. In that case, we will also refund the original standard delivery cost. This policy does not affect your statutory rights, including the legal guarantee of conformity.
How to exercise your right of withdrawal (EU)
To withdraw, simply send us a clear statement, for example by email to love@loveanditscolors.com. You may use the model form below, but it is not mandatory. Please send the item back within 14 days of telling us you wish to withdraw. We will refund you within 14 days of receiving your withdrawal notice. We may wait to issue the refund until we have received the item back, or until you have shown proof that you've sent it, whichever comes first.
