Every Love and Its Colors order is packed by hand in Porto, Portugal. Here's everything you need to know about getting it to you.
Processing time
Orders are prepared and handed to the carrier within 1 business day (Monday to Friday, excluding Portuguese public holidays). Your estimated delivery date is shown at checkout.

Tracking
As soon as your order ships, you'll receive an email with a tracking number so you can follow it all the way to your door.
Duties and taxes
Orders within the European Union have no customs duties: all taxes are included in the price. For orders shipped outside the EU (including the United States, Canada, Brazil, Australia and Asia), import duties, taxes and customs fees may apply when your parcel arrives. These are set by your country's customs authority and are the responsibility of the recipient.
Delayed or lost parcel?
If your tracking hasn't updated for more than 5 business days, or your parcel arrives damaged, contact us at love@loveanditscolors.com. We'll open an investigation with the carrier and make it right.
Delivery address
Please double-check your address before completing your order. If you notice a mistake, email us as soon as possible — we can change it before your order ships.
